Refund policy
How refunds are processed
Timing
Approved refunds are issued within three working days of us receiving the returned item.
Method
Money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
Partial refunds
Where only part of an order is returned, we refund those lines plus any shipping charged solely for them.
Faulty goods
If an item arrived faulty we refund the item and the original delivery charge, and cover the cost of the return.
