Thirty days to change your mind
The window
Return any unused item in its original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start
Open a return request from your account or contact support with the order number. We reply with instructions and a return address.
Condition
Items should come back in resalable condition. Faulty goods are exempt from this and are replaced or refunded in full.
What cannot be returned
Perishable goods, personalised items and opened hygiene products cannot be returned unless faulty.
